Connie Kercher served at Gannon University as Assistant Vice President for Student Engagement and Leadership Development before opening the Flagship, Switchboard Networking Boutique located in Westminster, CO in September 2016. Her passion for intentional, event development was launched from the Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, a membership organization for corporate, association and independent meeting planners, where she was education manager.
She previously served in multiple capacities at Texas A&M University-Commerce, including director of the Leadership Engagement and Development (L.E.A.D.) program, leadership and student organizations coordinator and a member of adjunct faculty in the university's Regent Scholars Program. Along side her time full time commitments, she grew and developed a National team with Premier Designs Jewelry Business, which to this day she continues to encourage and elevate and business coach the skills, professionalism and best practices in Direct Selling and Multi Level Marketing industry.
Connie received her Master of Science degree in higher education administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce and her Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communication and rhetorical studies from Colorado State University.
My wife, Lisa, and I have two sons, Brett and Heath. We live in Lone Oak (20 minutes south of Greenville)
on a 20-acre farm. Lisa is a high school Biology/Physiology-Anthropology Teacher at Lone Oak HS. We
have coached both of our boys’ Lone Oak YSA basketball, baseball and football teams. Brett is a sophomore
at Paris Junior College planning to transfer to University of Texas at Tyler or Austin for Mechanical
Engineering Degree. Heath is high school sophomore and Founding Member/President of Rotary Interact-
Leadership Council. I spend my free time growing horse-quality hay and serving as Past-President and
Program Chair of the Greenville Rotary Club. My sister, Roni Kessel, lives in Louisiana with her husband,
Eric Kessel, US Marshal SOG Commander. My mom, Georgia Kelley, is a Retired Teacher on our 3 rd
generation family farm in Taylor, TX and my father passed away in April 2017 as a proud Korean War
Michael Glas is passionate about helping small business or non-profits reach their strategic goals! Michael's experience in finance, business and team development, and leadership has equipped him to educate others on successful, sustainable models and practices.
Currently, Michael is the owner of Glas Consulting Services where he works with small businesses and non-profits on education and bookkeeping services. With over ten years of experience in finance, eight years in leadership, ten years in non-profits, five years in education, and seven years in serving on an array of community boards, Michael is equipped with the expertise, leadership, knowledge and motivation to help your organization excel. Additionally, Michael has received numerous awards in the communities he serves. He demonstrates his competency, knowledge and skills on a daily basis and continues to drive not only himself but also those around him to excellence.
Michael graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce with a Bachelor’s of Science in 2007 with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Interdisciplinary Studies, and in 2010 he received his Master's Degree in Business Administration. Michael’s vast background in finance, management, and education began at Texas A&M University-Commerce where he earned the trust of many colleagues both in the office and in the classroom.
